I have not posted about my snakes in a while and thought it was about time for another post. I have added a couple more snakes since my last post on them. One of our Colombian Red-Tailed Boas shed, and some of us got the privilege to watch. It is so amazing to watch as she pulled from the old skin and emerge so shiny and beautiful, and longer than before. Afterwards we took the shed and laid it out across the table. We just stood in awe on how big it was, a bit over 8 foot.
Jasmine is working in our daycare to earn some money to buy a snake at the upcoming reptile show in July. She is really leaning toward a blood red corn snake. She is doing research on the care of corn snakes, so she will be all ready for her new pet.
