8:10 a.m. Come home to put away groceries (CHECK)
8:50 a.m. DCS shows up to visit kids unexpectedly (CHECK)
8:55 a.m. Head out the door to a meeting (CHECK)
10:50 a.m. Make lunch for 17 children (not including baby) (CHECK)
1:00 p.m. Younger kids lay down for a nap (CHECK)
1:15 p.m. Pastor comes for a short visit (CHECK)
2:15 p.m. Plumber comes to unclog toliet (BYE BYE $83) (CHECK)
3:00 p.m. Make snack for all the kids (CHECK)
5:30 p.m. Daycare ends total of 8 poopie diapers (CHECK)
6:00 p.m. Hoping for a break realize instead---Supper (DOH)

When people tell me I have my hands full I just smile and nod. But you, you really do have your hands full.
You really should invest in a plumber's snake :)
