Happy Birthday Sweetie!!!

Fourteen years ago today our lives changed forever. We will skip all the mushy stuff like how she has grown up so beautiful, has a heart for God, and how proud we are of her. Yes, Jessica turned 14 today, so for lunch I took her out for a daddy/daughter lunch date. I took her to a Hawk Nelson concert last week, but her special birthday request was an odd one, but then again, Jess is a VERY odd one. Her request was to have her picture taken with a 7ft tall concrete chicken here in town. Now while this may seem odd, this has been in the works for about a month. Okay, now the crazy thing, we grant Jess her wish. It turned out NICE! I mean, it was just a picture, but she looks good with the chicken. She looks so happy LOL. Anyway, Happy Birthday Jess and yes, we forgive you for ditching us tonight to hang out with your friends. Hope you enjoyed your day!!
