This week has been wonderful. The kiddos have been playing outside all this week; flowers are blooming. We have baby doves in our tree outside our back door, Heidi makes dove calls to them and they answer her back (DANG she is good). Now comes our favorite time of the year GARDEN TIME!! We have a NICE size garden, not your normal small back yard garden, we have it big enough for our families, friends and for our church food bank. We spend our year canning all sorts of things. With having such a large garden, means a lot of tilling, and that is a pain. We have a farm tractor dealership about 1/4 of a mile up the road from us. We normally rent a small tractor with a box tiller and till the garden. Yesterday our little riding lawn mower bit the dust, and with several acres to mow, we needed something that would last. Yesterday Heidi and I after several years of talking about it, finally decided it was time to invest in a tractor for our small farm. So today, our brand new tractor should arrive to our little farm, and just in time to get the garden started, we are all very excited about this.

The weather has been very beautiful. Glad the children are able to get out and enjoy it.
P.S. Myself and baby William really seem to enjoy fresh stuff from the garden so feel free to pass on the love. ;)
