You know it is so crazy to watch a snake shed. Right before they shed they are real dull looking, the old skin comes off and then they are so smooth, shiny, and very beautiful. It reminds me of us as Christians, with sin we get all dull, but then Jesus did the BIG SHED for us all, and we are cleansed and made shiny and so very beautiful in His sight.
This is a picture of Akeema, she is 8 months old. Akeema is the largest Ball Python we have, topping in at about 3ft long. She is very friendly, the kids loving holding her and showing her off. This is a picture of her on our bedroom floor shedding, while we were watching... You guessed it Law and Order.
I am working on another post for later today, and no it does not include the snakes. A few of the kiddos had school pictures taken and I need to scan them before posting and showing them off. Check back later for pictures.
